You may not misuse the service, interfere with it, or attempt unauthorized access.
Some features may depend on third-party services such as FACEIT, Steam, Stripe, or email and hosting providers. Availability may change, and we are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
You retain ownership of content you upload, including demo files. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content in order to operate the service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Performance insights, scores, and recommendations are informational only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunity resulting from use of the service.
Paid features may be offered by subscription. Prices, features, and limits may change. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
We may suspend or terminate access if you abuse the service, violate these terms, or create risk for the service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland (Canton of Bern), unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
